Marlene Burns

History Marlene has been listing and selling houses, manufactured homes, condos, lots, and acreage since 1978, and works mostly in South King County and Northern Pierce County.

Personal Marlene and her husband, Marvin, vacation in their motor home in Indio, California during the dreary winter months. She has a business partner, Joy Urakawa who keeps the business running smoothly in her absense.

Speciality Marlene lives and works in Lake Wilderness Villa, a 55+ community of active seniors in Maple Valley, WA. You will find her or Joy holding open houses most weekends. If not, you will probably catch her in one of her favorite activities, reading.
