I promise to educate my clients and customers about the current real estate market and the escrow process so that they can make intelligent and informed decisions in an expedient manner.
I serve home owners by creating a market strategy to find buyers who are ready, willing and able to purchase the property they wish to sell. I help sellers maximize the appeal of their property and place it in the most advantageous position in the current real estate market.
I serve buyers by determining their wants, needs and financial status. To obtain the property they desire, I work closely with mortgage industry representatives.

Professional Experience I have been with ERA American Brokers my entire real estate career. I started in June of 1991, and have found that I have a great support system and staff in place there. We are like a big family, and a lot of caring and loving people in the work place make it a very desirable place to be! Prior to real estate, I worked in the retail industry. My primary interest at that time was in raising my 4 beautiful children. I entered real estate when my youngest was about 5 years old. My very supportive husband made the jump to a full time career in real estate possible. My children were all on board as well. They quickly learned that if mom worked hard, then we got to play hard!
