Bob Allwine

Pledge to Clients: Bob received his first Real Estate License in California in 1977, but elected to remain in the electronics field for a few more years. In 1992 he became actively involved and obtained his realtor's license in the state of Washington. He associated with MacPherson Realty and later with Prudential Real Estate. He affiliated with ERA American Brokers in 2008.

Professional Experience: Bob's background of thirty years of naval aviation with numerous moves taught him the ins and outs of buying and selling homes. After leaving the navy he worked for an engineering firm in foreigh military sales and was instumental in development of the Egyptian Air Defense system.

Education: His primary interest has been in computers and remains so today. He was involved in computer technology as early as 1963 and purchased his first home computer system in 1982.

Outside Interests: Bob prefers to work with buyers assisting them in finding the home of their dreams, however, he now prefers to refer his work out and then monitor the task to insure quality results.
